North American Is Moving July 12th

We're Moving July 12!

New Address: 4350 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, IA 50266

On July 12, 2010, the North American Annuity Service Center will be moving to our new offices across the street from our current location. Our newly remodeled location provides us more space to serve you better.

• Office Hours - To allow time for our move, Call Center phones will be shut down early at 4:30 pm CST on Thursday, July 8 and our office will be closed all day Friday, July 9. Business will resume at 9:00 am CST on Monday, July 12.
• IVR - If you or your clients use North American's Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, please note that the IVR will remain available until 5:00 pm Central Time on Friday, July 9, at which time it will be shut down for the move. Normal operations will resume at 9:00 am Central Time on Monday, July 12.
• Forms - You may continue to use your current supply of forms and materials as mail sent via USPS will be forwarded to our new address.
• Numbers - All fax and phone numbers remain the same.

IMPORTANT

If you are using overnight mail, please use the new address noted for deliveries to be received on or after July 12, 2010.
