North American Company Releases a Death Benefit Rider!

North American Company will be offering a death benefit rider beginning on June 6, 2011. You clients will now have the opportunity to elect the Guaranteed Minimum Death Benefit (GMDB) Rider on these products:

• North American Precision^SM (14-Year Surrender Charge Period)

• North American Charter^SM (14-Year Surrender Charge Period)

• NA Performance Choice^SM (8- and 12-Year Surrender Charge Periods including 8 and 12 Plus)

• North American Freedom Choice^® (8-, 10-, and 14-Year Surrender Charge Periods)

The GMDB Rider features include:

Bonus Credits: 5% bonus credit, first 10 contract years; 6% bonus credit thereafter, subject to maximum age and dollar limits
Cost: 0.90% on each contract anniversary, deducted from accumulation value
Issue Ages: 0-75

This product will be available for sale on June 6, 2011. The list of approved states will be available with the release of the GMDB Rider product.

Please note: Regardless of which state you live in, North American Company has set forth a new training requirement in order to sell the GMDB Rider. You will be requred to take the Death Benefit Certification training requirement online. This training can be found online in the Resources/Agent Certification setion of www.nacannuity.com.
