Important: Roll-Up Rate Change from Fidelity & Guaranty Life

Wed, 05/23/2012 Roll-Up Rate Change – Prosperity Elite series
Effective with the June 8, 2012 buy date, the guaranteed minimum withdrawal benefit roll-up rates will be reduced for the Prosperity Elite fixed indexed annuity series to 6.25%.
Roll-up rates on all other fixed indexed annuities will remain the same.

Business Transition Rules:
In order to receive the current, higher roll-up rate:
- For cash with applications, all complete paperwork submissions must be received at the service center by Wednesday, May 30, 2012.
- For 1035 exchange applications, all complete paperwork submissions must be received at the service center by Thursday, May 31, 2012.
- If applications are submitted with missing paperwork or requiring additional forms after the initial submission, the higher roll-up rates will not be honored.
For applications received after the above dates and later:
- Applications that are not marked and are not initialed will be issued with an amendment that must be signed by the owner and returned to our service center.
