To qualify, agents must sell $3,000,000 in annuity production or $100,000 in life production during the qualifying period of April 1, 2011 through April 1, 2012. Paid premium must be issued through First Annuity & Insurance Marketing during the qualifying period for any of the companies the agent is contracted with First Annuity. SPIA premium is not included in the qualifying premium. Summit attendance is by invitation only for the contracted agent and one guest only.
Trip will be awarded at the discretion of First Annuity; award is non-transferable. Producer must be in good standing during the qualification period and currently appointed with the company at the time of the trip. Award includes airfare, hotel and selected activities for producer and one guest. No financial or other considerations in lieu of attendance. First Annuity reserves the right to make contest changes or contest substitutions without notification. Winners are responsible for all taxes. Fist Annuity will make all travel arrangements and deviations to the travel arrangements will be at the expense of the qualifier. Qualifying runs from April 1, 2011 to April 1, 2012.
