Notice: Texas & South Carolina Accept changes to Aviva Products

Aviva announced today that Texas and South Carolina have approved recent changes to the MultiChoice Xtra, MultiChoice Advantage and MultiChoice Lifetime Solutions Annuity (South Caroline only) .

In order to receive the current product and rate provisions:
- For cash with applications, all paperwork must be received by close of business on Friday, February 10, 2012.
- For rollover applications, all paperwork must be received by close of business on Friday, February 10, 2012 as long as funds are received by Aviva on or before March 26, 2012.
Aviva will not accept faxed applications. Only hand copy applications will be accepted and must be in good order.
